Bem-Vindo to the Azorean Restaurant & Bar Menu

Bem-Vindo means 'welcome' in Portuguese. We welcome you to take a look at our menu and call us for reservations and our daily specials.

The Azorean Restaurant and Bar serves only authentic Portuguese and Azorean dishes prepared by chefs trained in these traditions. Try our signature dishes which capture the spicy, zestful flavors of the region - our Portuguese steak, an outstanding favorite - or fish dishes served with a delicious Molho Vilao sauce - or sardines like you've never experienced before, just to name a few. We use only the best ingredients and offer a fine selection of Portuguese wines.

Azorean Pizza 
Thin crust pizza topped with a blend of Azorean cheeses, mozzarella, chorizo and homemade sauce. *Add cubed pineapple for an extra charge.
American Pizza 
Thin crust pizza topped with shaved steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Italian Pizza 
Thin crust pizza topped with pepperoni, sweet italian sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms. 
Cheese Pizza
7-inch pizza appetizer topped with a blend of Azorean cheeses, mozzarella, and homemade sauce. *Add cubed pineapple for an extra charge.
Shrimp Pizza
7-inch pizza appetizer brushed with olive oil then topped with shrimp, garlic, capers, rosemary, artichokes, fresh basil and a mix of mozzarella and St. Jorge cheeses.
Vegetarian Pizza
7-inch pizza appetizer topped with pesto sauce, peppers, onions, mushrooms and a mix of mozzarella and St. Jorge cheeses. 
Pomadero Basilico Pizza  
7 inch pizza with marinated tomatoes, basil, parmesan, mozzarella, and a honey balsamic vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Salad
Fresh exotic salad that includes olives, tomatoes, basil, red onions, cucumber and feta cheese. Topped with balsamic vinegar dressing. Served over romaine lettuce.
Azorean Salad Or Small
Romaine Lettuce tossed with grilled Linquica, shredded island cheese topped with a pineapple vegarette dressing
Roasted Vegetable Salad 
Roasted red peppers, artichokes and red onions served over spring mix with manchego cheese, toasted almonds and rasberry dressing 
Summer Salad
Mix greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots, cranberries, walnuts, almonds and goat cheese with balsamic vinegarette dressing.
Calamari Salad
Calamari sauteed in olive oil with garlic and hot sauce. Served over spring mix with roasted red peppers, onions, and feta cheese. Tossed with our own balsamic vinegarette dressing.
*Substitute the calamari for marinated Azorean octopus for $3.00
* For an extra charge you may add Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Steak tips, Boneless Buffalo Chicken or Grilled Salmon to any size Caesar, Greek or Garden Salad

Azorean Steak 
8oz Sirloin Steak Pan-Fried in a spicy wine sauce and is Topped off with a whole Red Pepper and Fried Egg, and Served With Portuguese Fries and Rice
Frango Assado 
Grilled Cornish hen basted with a spicy lemon garlic sauce. Served with Portuguese fries and veggies.
Braised Beef (Carne Guizada)
Two pieces of beef marinated in Vinha d.Alhos. Served with roasted potatoes and carrots
Mushroom Steak 
8oz butterflied tenderloin steak (filet mignon) pan-fried in a mild wine, roasted garlic sauce. Topped with spicy red pepper strips and roasted mushrooms. served with fries and rice.
Grilled Filet Mignon
8oz tenderloin filet marinated in vihna d'alhos then season with sea salt and grilled to desired temp. Served with fries and rice.
Chicken with Butternut Squash Ravioli 
Served over Sauteed chicken tenderloins with walnuts and dried cranberries, finished in a cream sauce, served over butternut squash raviolis.
Azorean Pork Steak
8oz pork steak pan fried in spicy wine sauce topped off with red pepper strips and fried egg. Served with fries and rice.
Bife A Toureiro 
8 oz Butterflied Tenderloin Steak (Filet Mignon) pan-fried in a mild wine, roasted garlic sauce. Topped off with spicy red pepper strips. Served with Portuguese fries and rice.
Porto Chicken 
Sauteed chicken breast with mushrooms. Finished in a creamy porto wine sauce. Served over Linguine.
Stuffed shrimp with Bife A Toureiro 
Two jumbo stuffed shrimp and Portuguese marinated braised beef. Served with punch potatoes and veggies

Carne de Porco Alentejana
Marinated Cubed Pork and Little Necks Sauteed in a Special Wine Sauce and topped with Fried Cubed Potatoes

Breaded and fried chicken fingers Sauted in spicy lemon garlic sauce. Served over linguine.

Jumbo Shrimp Stuffed with Homemade Crumbs Baked and Served with Baked Potatoes Drizzled in Olive Oil
Grill Seafood Combo 
Grill Combo (shrimp, scallops, calamari, and salmon) over a bed of spring mixed greens. Served with veggies and topped with molho vilao sauce.
Seafood Stew - Caldeirada
Seafood stew mixed with mussels, little necks, haddock, calamari, shrimp and scallops. Stewed in a chunky red sauce made with peppers, tomatoes and onions.

Pan-seared salmon finished in a light cream, mustard and mushroom sauce. Served with potatoes and vegetables.
Portuguese Haddock 
Fresh Haddock baked in casserole with our chunky tomato, pepper and onion sauce. Served with potatoes and vegetable.
Lisbon Octopus
Tender pieces of octopus baked in olive oil, cilantro and garlic. Served with potatoes and vegetables.
Sao Miguel Grilled Octopus 
Tender grilled octopus topped with a mild garlic sauce. Served with rice and vegetables. 
Gloucester Fishermen Seafood Plate
Fried haddock, scallops, calamari and shrimp. Served with Portuguese fries and veggie.

Sauteed seasonal vegetables finished off in a homemade creamy cheese sauce. Tossed with linguine pasta.
